Overall, my stay was pleasant, with a comfortable room and friendly staff

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet, which made for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Overall, my stay was more than okay; it was truly enjoyable. I look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel's car park was outdoors. This became inconvenient when it started raining during my stay, as it made accessing my car less comfortable. I would suggest the hotel consider adding covered parking options to improve the overall experience, especially during inclement weather.

Very convenient and easy to move around Krabi Town

Good staff, big room and large/comfort bed, super clean, hot and powerful shower, excellent location, property looks great, quiet and good surroundings.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location for easy quick access to the the pier was great.

Was supposed to have a garden view but instead had a carpark view. The bed was quite firm.

Wonderful

The room was really big and the pool amazing with the view.

The location it wasn’t good (If you like tranquility it is the perfect place but I was hoping to have more stores or places I could walk to). The room seems to be really clean but below my bed and the long chair next to the bed was dirty with big stains that I don't know what they were.

A great place to stay.

Friendly staff and sooooo clean. Spacious rooms.

Please put a few training mats in the gym for floor exercises. A fan would help too. Too many hotels, including this one, charge your card before you arrive even though i selected 'pay later'.

good hotel at a great price

The hotel was very economically priced. The rooms are large and well appointed. The staff are friendly and supportive

We beds were a little noisy and the pillows were hard. we should have asked for replacements. The resort is also a little remote.

Hotel provided a free shuttle service to the town market, which was very convenient! The staff was very very friendly, the woman called Far helped us through check ins and check outs, but all the other staff were amazing

The hotel is right near the pier where the ferry leaves . The own hotel has a van that takes you there for free . The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is very pretty and the staff are very attentive. It features international breakfast.

It was very clean, nice staff, ok no alcohol but you can buy your own at one of the nearby markets and fill your minibar yourself. The hotel is beautiful and away from all the city noise. Definitely one to book when you are in Krabi

Swimming pool was very nice. The great thing was shuttle bus each 2h for free from the hotel to Krabi town center and back, 15min.each way.

Mixed review on staff friendliness. Men are more abrupt, women less so. Good location to arrange pick up by private boat. Very large rooms. Good swimming pool.

As a perfekt service is shuttle bus from hotel to the city center, really very helpful for connection to the city and next directions. Very nice swimming pool.

The rooftop pool was nice, and the room was spacious with a great shower. The shuttle every 2 hours worked fine for our needs and we used it twice to go for meals. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had a small fridge to use.
